Micro-Macinazione SA was established in 1970, as an engineering company for jet-mill technology development.

In 1975, the first factory for custom micronization services was built, in Monteggio and in 1999 we started the activity on a second factory in Madonna del Piano, built following the highest current GMP state of the art and under surpevision of the Swiss Autority (Swissmedic) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Now Micro-Macinazione SA is the european micronization leader of bulk active ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry.

Micro-Macinazione works closely with the foremost multinational pharmaceutical industries, taking an active part from the early development stages of a new project through to, and including, industrial production.

Micro-Macinazione SA, a global leader in jet milling technology, barrier containment feeding and ancillary systems has appointed Quadro Engineering Corp. as the exclusive distributor of their Jet-Mill equipment line across North/South America.
