CHRISPRO® JET-MILL - MC750KX



Technical description

  • Micronizer of 30", top discharge of micronized product, grinder ring in which it is possible to install different sets of nozzles with variable angles. Material AISI 316 L. Mirror polished. It is possible to use different covering material for the parts which are in contact with the powder (Inox, Teflon, Peek, Poliuretane, Borcarbide,…)

  • A double screw feeder with a direct corrent motor with electronic speed adjustament, mounted on a stainless steel support.

  • Completed with a stainless steel hopper, protection net and a closure cover.

  • Silencer connected to the double screw feeder.

  • Cyclon filter with hoses in AISI 304 mirror polished which permits the recovery of the micronized powder coming out of the Jet-mill.

  • Complete with an inspection door for an easy substitution of the filtering elements.

  • Connection tube in SBR-NBR between micronizer and filter, ø 250 mm.

  • Pneumatic installation with pressure regulators and manometers fitted on pneumatic table, Inox rapid connection and Inox/Teflon flexible tubing.

  • Cabled and assembled Electric Panel.
