This equipment has been designed in order to micronize toxic powder into isolated environment and to guarantee the
maximum safety conditions towards the operator as well as the surroundings.
The item comes with washing installation. The entry of powder to micronize is materialized by the lateral containers
made of acrylic glass, adapted with double openings and gas plugs in order to neutralise the internal atmosphere.
The micronizer contained inside is the already proven CHRISPRO® JET-MILL MC 50 IR able to process small amount of
powder (min. 5 g).
The item is made of: a complete micronizer in AISI 316 L of 2L/2’’, a double screw feeder with an electronic remote
control (externally mounted), a static cyclon that can be entirely dismantled, absolute filter EU 13, inox tube with
inspection opening and clamp attachments.
The operator, with use of neoprene gloves (4 superior and 2 inferior), is able to reach all the components the
micronizing item, making at same time from the outside the regulation of the process through the control panel
laterally positioned.
The item is supplied with an instruction book, instructions for micronization, test certification and CE conformity
declaration.
