CHRISPRO® JET-MILL - LAB 50 / MICRONIZER MC50 IR



Technical description

The new minimicronizer LAB-50 is the latest development of micromacinazione for solving in the most economical way the problem of processing small amount of powder with a high performance Chrispro® Jet-Mill.

The main features are summarized here below:

  • New pneumatic doublescrew feeder.

  • Jet-mill special execution (teflon + inox) with a reduced number of items.

  • Static cyclon classifier disassemble in two parts via a 6" clamp connection.

  • Outlet absolute filter EU13 (economic replacement of the filter element).

  • Clamp connections.
The main advantages are:
  • No electrical components, with consequent reduction of explosion risk.

  • Economic replacement of the lining internal parts.

  • No need of a pre filtering-element.

  • flexibility of positioning (for example over a table).

  • Easy to use: only 3 pressure regulators to control the process.

  • Very high micronization performance.

  • Easy to clean due to a reduced number of items.
The unit was developped entirely by the internal project department of Micromacinazione (ISO 9001). The item is supplied with an instruction book, instructions for micronization, test certification and CE conformity declaration.

FDA INSPECTION

We are glad to announce that recently (28-30 March 2012) we passed a 3-day FDA inspection successfully at both our manufacturing sites, Molinazzo di Monteggio and Madonna del Piano, without any observation.
