Technical description
Glove-Box 200 represents our last develompment of micronizing unit, closed into an isolated system.
This plant permitts to micronize pharma and chemical powders in a totally closed loop, avoiding any contact of
the powder with external contamination sources.
At the same time the operetor is protected from active contamination during the micronizing process.
The size of this plant permits to process small industrial batches, granting high production rates.
The operator controls the micronizing process from outside, through latex gloves installed in strategical points,
from where he can easily reach all necessary ancillaries for the proper functing of the plant.
An electronic control device maintains automatically a constant over-pressure inside the box where, furthermore, it
is possible to inertize the atmosphere. Temperature and humidity values are controlled inside the box; a continuous
registration of all these important parameters is granted by a computerized device, connectable to a Personal Computer.
The main process parameters. such as grinding pressure, feed-rate, etc, are set-up from the external of the box.
The unit it mavable and complete with its own electrical switch-board.
Process inlet-gas is ultrafiltered.
