CHRISPRO® JET-MILL - LABOR UNIT 100IR / MICRONIZER MC100 IR



Technical description

This equipment is a movable complete micronizing plant, with a supersonic airjet-nozzles mill, for pharma and chemical powders.

It is a lab-scale plant for pilot, trial or small production lots. The absolute filter allows the processing in an open enviroment.

Very easy to clean, to assemble and to use.

No contamination of product (completely recovered after the micronization) and no increase of temperature during the process.

The unit comes complete with:

  • Jet-mill in AISI 316L. Patented interchangeable ring with various angles of nozzles. Different linings are available.

  • Double screw feeder with electronic speed control.

  • Dust-separator with back-cleaning system and absolute outlet filter.

  • Supporting stainless steel structure, movable on wheels.

  • Pneumatic installation and accessories.
The item is supplied with an instruction book, instruction for micronization, test certification and CE conformity declaration.
