Cryogenic exchangers usable into different processes to cool a gas/liquid.

The cooling of the process fluid is performed by using liquid nitrogen across an indirect exchange.

Easy installation; required utilities:

Liquid nitrogen supply

Exhaust connection for evaporated nitrogen

230[V]AC 50[Hz], 300[W] supply for the controls

The process fluid line is fully isolated and cleanable, made of AISI 316L.

Perfect external insulation that avoids the ice formation on the external side.

Possibility to choose different exchanger sizes in order to have different power sizes.

Upon request the plant can have different power supply (e.g. 110[V] AC 60[Hz]).

For small exchanger plants, the unit is mounted on a movable trolley.

On the big plants, in case of gas process fluid, the cooling nitrogen can be mixed to the process fluid in order to avoid additional cooling costs.
