micromacinazione SA has produced its own patented Jet-mills (Chispro Jet-mills) for more than 40 years.

We are able to supply a wide range of Jet-mills from small Lab units to large-production micronizing plants; they can be also implemented in a isolator, rigid or flexible (for small units) for more protection of the operator.

Our Jet-mills are used for the ultrafine micronization of dry powders, such us pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, mineral pigments etc.

Our micronizing equipments are specifically designed and built according to customer's requirements: lay-out, materials, lining and polishing are at all times defined together with the end-user in order to fulfill the customer's requirements.

A preliminary test in our Company is always possible, utilizing an identical micronizer to the one which could satisfy the customer's requirements.

In order to better design the jet mill on customer’s need, there’s always the possibility to perform technical or GMP trials at our site with Micro-Macinazione jet mills. Anyway, thanks to our combination of micronization service and equipment supplier, we’ve a database with hundreds of different powders from where we get information everyday to suggest our customers which are the best configurations and parameters for the powders that they’re working on. During the trials (both technical and GMP) a laser-test report is released and customers have the warranty that final particle size and throughput will be reached with the selected equipment.

Our equipments is easy to install, use and clean; in the matter of a few hours, large size plant can be washed and reused with a different powder. Thanks to our needs of an adaptive jet mill to many many different type of powders, we’ve developed a new internal jet mill design which we would like to share with our customers in order to let them solve even the worst milling problems.

Our equipments has long operative-life and only require the replacement of items in direct contact with the powder, subject to wear, which furthermore are relatively inexpensive.

Processes are easily re-scalable from Lab-units to large-size plants; the control of a few parameters allows a perfect scale-up.
